Prerequisites
- macOS device (Apple Silicon or Intel) with application install permission.
- Pilot admin account details and internal access policy ready.
- Local model/runtime availability confirmed for AI workflow tests.
Installation steps
- 1Download the latest macOS universal DMG package.
- 2Open DMG and drag 123AIChat to Applications.
- 3Launch 123AIChat and allow security prompt if macOS requests confirmation.
- 4Open local URL and complete admin setup.
- 5Create one channel and verify one streaming AI reply.
Troubleshooting
App blocked by macOS security policy
Allow the app in Security settings and relaunch from Applications.
AI response missing after setup
Validate runtime/model readiness and retest with a direct @BotName mention.
Rollback note
If rollout validation is incomplete, remove the application from pilot devices, document failed checks, and retry after updating routing or runtime dependencies.
