Prerequisites
- Linux x86_64 host with shell access and execute permission in deployment directory.
- Port availability confirmed for local web interface access.
- Model/runtime endpoint prepared for AI workflow validation.
Installation steps
- 1Download the latest Linux tar.gz package.
- 2Extract package to your chosen deployment directory.
- 3Run start.sh in the extracted folder.
- 4Open the local URL printed in terminal output.
- 5Create admin account, add one channel, and validate one AI response.
Troubleshooting
Startup script exits immediately
Check execute permission and required runtime dependencies, then restart with terminal logs.
UI reachable but bots do not respond
Confirm model runtime availability and routing configuration in admin panel.
Rollback note
If the pilot environment is unstable, stop the process, archive logs for diagnosis, remove extracted files, and redeploy in a clean directory with validated dependencies.
